| Upcoming Classes/Events Soul Retrieval Guided Meditation ~ Sometimes in the struggles of life, we bury a part of our most precious being for protection. In this guided meditation, you will be guided on a visualization journey into the Underworld of your psyche, where you may retrieve a lost part of yourself and receive guidance and gifts from the divine. In this class we will discover the strengths of all sides of our feminine nature -- maiden, mother/goddess, and crone-- and regain a sense of feminine wholeness that restores us energetically, revives our femininity, and nourishes a soulful connection within ourselves and with other women. ~ Wed. 2/24 6:30-8:30 pm $30 Caring for Your Chakra System ~ A three-part class that introduces the chakra system and the energetic body and teaches participants ways to cleanse and balance their own energy systems. This class is both informative and experiential, providing hands-on opportunities for seeing and feeling their own energy and that of others. Part 1 is an introductory overview of the chakras and sensing energy. Parts 2 and 3 will delve more fully into energetic self-care and offer a variety of experiential activities for sensing energy, and exploring our energetic connection with others. ~ Part 1 can be taken alone, but is a prerequisite for taking parts 2 and 3. The pendulum gives us a vehicle for bypassing our conscious minds in order to communicate with our unconcious minds and with the divine: get answers, make decisions, test for health questions. As we go through life, some things that we experience or some people with whom we become connected leave impressions with us that are not supportive. When an involvement leaves us with an unhealed wound whether we are aware of it or not, that imprint creates a disruption in our energy flow. Intense or long term imprints can become severe blockages, while milder imprints can be like sludge or just create imbalances in the flow of energy. The best defense against all toxic influences is our own healing. Attraction and repulsion are both indicators of attachments -- so despising a thing is not the same as healing through it. | Munay-Ki Series Winding Down The Munay-ki Rites are a series of 9 initiation rites that help us to access protection, insight, and energetic imprints that aid our evolution in becoming what Alberto Villoldo calls "homo luminous." We are in a time of great change, for the planet and humanity, and these energetic attunements have been handed down to us by the Earthkeepers of old, the Laika, ancient peruvian shamans, to aid us.
