If you have wanted to bring beautiful and meaningful rituals into your life, or if you feel you need something more in your current practice to help you create healing change in your life, then come learn how to make your own healing ritual—tailored to your needs.
This is an experiential workshop in which you will participate and create personal ritual.
Included in this Workshop:
- A brief introduction to the healing power of ritual & the five components of healing ritual
- Emphasis on creating sacred space as a container for spiritual practices
- How to construct a ritual to meet your needs
- Work with other participants to create and lead a healing ritual for the class.
Participants will go home with skills to start or further develop a personal healing ritual practice for insight, well-being, and productive change.

Gay Wolff, author of Tending the Soul with Healing Ritual is a cultural mythologist and shamanic energy therapist who has led and taught healing rituals for more than a decade.
In her book, she introduces the reader to core theories on why ritual can be healing and how to create safe and effective personal rituals. Part Two of her book provides a menu of healing rituals, with step-by-step instructions, as well as adaptations for individual preferences. Gay’s book provides a unique variety of theory on the workings and value of ritual, while making the information reader-friendly and easy to apply in one’s own practice.
